Twenty-fifth Sunday after Pentecost – November 19, 2023

Please remember to bring your pledges and commitments of time, abilities and money toward the ministry of God’s church. We will offer our hopes for the coming year in this way.

“O God of Righteousness and Truth, only you own the earth and all its peoples, and you give us all that we have.  Inspire us to serve you with justice and wisdom, and prepare us for the joy of the day of your coming.  Amen.

All Saints Sunday – November 5, 2023

Almighty God, you have knit your people together in one communion in the mystical body of your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.  Grant us grace to follow your blessed saints in lives of faith and commitment, and to know the inexpressible joys you have prepared for those who love you, through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.  Amen. 

We will gather for worship on this All Saints Sunday November 5th at 10am. We will remember those who have claimed their baptismal promises from our church family in this past year.

Reformation Sunday – October 29, 2023

Almighty God, gracious Lord, we thank you that your Holy Spirit renews the church in every age.  Pour out your Holy Spirit on your faithful people.  Keep them steadfast in your word, protect and comfort them in times of trial, defend them against all enemies of the gospel, and bestow on the church your saving peace, through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.  Amen. 

As we gather each Sunday, we receive the healing that makes us well and sends us forth to be signs of God’s mercy for the world.  We will gather for worship on this Reformation Sunday October 29 th at 10am.

Sovereign God, raise your throne in our hearts.  Created by you, let us live in your image;  created for you, let us act for your glory;   redeemed by you, let us give you what is yours.  Amen.
